Experience: 4–6 years (Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive preferred)
Key Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Stakeholder Management
🔹 Fresher Recruiter
Strong interest in recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow
